Shipping to the United States
Shipping cost $10 per order through USPS. All orders are from warehouse within 1 to 3 days. Delivery vary between 2 to 5 days. Price may change if you need express shipment. Please contact us by email at contactKP@khakiandpink.com.
Please note that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, and during high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 5-7 days. Orders of $150+ will be shipped for free via standard ground shipping. Free gift of our Khaki & Pink Tote Bag will be included with every order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once orders are submitted, they cannot be modified or canceled. Unwanted items can be returned if eligible under our Return Policy. You can contact us by email at contactKP@khakiandpink.com if you have any questions.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a package is delayed or lost, we will submit a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
International Orders
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Return policy
Return Policy
To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend trying on items before washing. We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, or if tags have been removed. Please follow these guidelines to be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Items should be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and any signs of damage.
Items returned outside the 14-day period are ineligible for return, no exceptions.
Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made in December 2024 may be eligible for return or exchange until January 14, 2025.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender for refund requests, although we waive the return shipping fee for exchanges or store credits. Khaki and Pink is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Sale Return Policy
Items purchased during special sales or promotions, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or End-of-Season sales, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit due to the significant discounts offered. Orders placed with special discount codes may also not qualify for returns; if you have questions about your order, please contact our team at contactKP@khakiandpink.com.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments before or after a sale period. We recommend subscribing to our emails or texts for the latest updates on promotions to ensure you stay informed.
Handling Fees for Returns
Returns for a refund back to the original payment method are subject to a $5 handling fee to cover return shipping and processing costs. However, there are no handling fees for exchanges or store credit.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift and need to return it, eligible items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. Please provide the original purchaser's name and order number.
Warranty & Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a defect in an unworn item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. For warranty claims, please include detailed photos of any issues to assist our team in evaluating the product.
If your package arrives with visible damage or missing items, please contact the carrier directly before requesting a refund. We will assist in processing claims with the carrier when necessary.
For defective items, we offer complimentary return labels. For all other returns, a minimal return shipping fee applies.
